I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic with easy access to Shinjuku Station and the government building observation points. The rooms, although a bit small with thin walls, were well-lit and perfect for both work and relaxation. The service was top-notch, especially when I had some issues with my credit card. The dining options were great, although a bit crowded at times. Overall, a great value for money experience!
